RUSIÑOL & ASSOCIATS CONSULTORS, SL ( hereinafter the Entity) is committed to due diligence and compliance with the regulations of Protection of Data. As an axis of this duty and commitment , the Data Protection Channel (DATAPROTECT line) incorporating the fundamental elements of Data Protection has been incorporated , all managed, supervised and accredited by BONET consulting , specialized firm and leader in Compliance Regulation and Data Protection.

The detailed information on the policy of confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data in compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27 , is set forth below. 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General protection Regulation D ata or RGPD).

Data conservation criteria

Management of services / products contracted with the Entity : the personal data provided in the contracts, offers and / or proposal of services, as well as those of the rest of people whose intervention is necessary, will be conserved during the time they are in force the services contracted. A l end of the service / s contract / s, the personal data will be preserved in the cases in which responsibilities could be attributed to the Entity and / or in compliance with other regulatory frameworks that are applicable to the Entity or a norm with the rank of a law that requires the conservation of these. The personal data will be maintained in a way that allows the identification and exercise of the Rights of those affected and, under the legal and organizational technical measures that are necessary to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of these.

Management Currículum Vitae : The Entity , as a rule , keeps its Curriculum Vita e for a maximum period of one year; Once this period has ended, it will be automatically destroyed, in compliance with the data quality principle .

Others: T he rest of the data and information provided by the user for any measured shall be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected.

Legitimation

The legal basis that enables the Entity to deal with the personal data of users, customers, potential customers under the following titles:

  • The consent of the interested persons for the processing and management of any request for information or consultation about our services and
  • The Consent given by the Candidates to a job for the purpose of selection and recruitment .
  • The framework for the provision and / or contracting of services / products with the Entity .

The personal data are obtained directly from the interested persons and from our collaborators. The categories of personal data that our collaborators provide us are the following:

 The Bank has implemented a Channel Data Protection, with the highest commitment, rigor and professionalism in security, experience, independence and knowledge in the treatment of communications.

 The Data Protection Channel has been implemented through a web platform, developed and managed by an independent external expert , to provide and guarantee our previous commitments.
